Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 November 2026. What LurkChain collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. The short version
- LurkChain reads public blockchain data. It does not need, and never asks for, anything that controls your funds.
- We do not see your conversations with your assistant. We only receive the tool calls it sends us.
- We keep what we need to run your account, count your usage and keep the service safe. We do not sell personal data.
2. What we never ask for
We will never ask for a private key, a seed phrase, a wallet password or a transaction signature. If someone claiming to be LurkChain asks for one, it is not us. Please report it to security@lurkchain.com.
3. What we collect
Account details
Your email address, the sign-in method you use, and the verification needed for the free credit. If you pay, your plan and billing status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us in full.
Usage
For each tool call or API request: the tool or endpoint, the parameters sent (for example a chain, a token address or a wallet address), the time, the cost, and which connected assistant or API key made it. This is how your balance is counted and how we find and fix errors.
Addresses you look up are public blockchain identifiers. We treat your list of lookups as personal to you all the same.
Technical data
Standard server logs: IP address, user agent and request times, used for security and abuse prevention.
What we do not receive
Your assistant decides what to send us. We do not receive your full prompts, the rest of your conversation or files you share with your assistant, unless the assistant puts them into a tool call.
4. Live data pages
The live data pages on this site, such as Top Tokens and Perps Pulse, load public data straight from third-party sources in your browser: GeckoTerminal, DexScreener, Hyperliquid, Jupiter and CoinGecko. Those requests go from your browser to those services, which can see your IP address under their own privacy policies. We do not receive a copy of what you view on those pages.
5. How we use it
- To run the service, sign you in and count your calls.
- To bill you and manage your plan.
- To keep the service secure and stop abuse, including free-credit abuse.
- To improve the service, using usage totals rather than individual histories where we can.
- To contact you about your account, and about product news if you opt in. You can opt out at any time.
Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a safe service, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run LurkChain, such as hosting, payments and email, under contracts that limit their use of it, or where the law requires. A current list is available on request. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
7. How long we keep it
Account details are kept while your account is open and for 90 days after it closes. Usage records are kept for 12 months, then deleted or reduced to totals. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
8. Cookies and storage
The site keeps a short-lived copy of public data in your browser's local storage, so pages load faster and make fewer requests. It holds no account data, and you can clear it with your browser settings at any time. Signing in uses a cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising trackers.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to some uses, or withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, write to privacy@lurkchain.com. We will reply within 30 days.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we use the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Children
LurkChain is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before the change takes effect.
